Oppo A6 Pro 5G with model number “CPH2781” spotted on Geekbench with Dimensity 6300 SoC

Oppo appears to be gearing up for the launch of its next A-series device, the Oppo A6 Pro, the successor to the Oppo A5 Pro, which was released globally in February this year and launched in India in April. The handset has recently surfaced on multiple certification platforms, including SIRIM, FCC, and TUV. Its SIRIM listing, under the model number CPH2781, confirmed the name, and the same model has now been spotted on the Geekbench database.

According to the Geekbench listing, the Oppo A6 Pro 5G achieved a single-core score of 736 and a multi-core score of 2010. The CPU configuration shows two clusters, four cores clocked at 2.0GHz and another four at 2.4GHz, along with a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, all pointing to the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset.

The tested prototype was running Android 15 with software version CPH2781_15.0.2.54(EX01) and paired with 8GB of RAM. Interestingly, this is the same chipset found in the Oppo A5 Pro, suggesting Oppo is sticking with the Dimensity 6300 for the A6 Pro as well.

While Oppo has yet to announce a launch date, its recent appearance on the Geekbench database hints that the official debut could be just around the corner.
