Motorola Razr 70 (XT2657-8) UAE’s Launch Confirmed as Spotted on TDRA Certification

The vanilla Motorola Razr 70 has been spotted on the UAE’s TDRA certification database. Earlier, the Razr 70 Ultra was also spotted on the same platform, which suggests that Motorola is gearing up to launch both models in the UAE market.

Motorola Razr 70 – UAE’s TDRA certification

The model number “XT2657-8” is listed on the certification, confirming that it was approved on 1st February 2026 with the equipment registration number “ER56295/26”. Apart from listing the model number, the TDRA certification also confirms the moniker as Motorola Razr 70. This now confirms that both the vanilla and the Ultra variants will be launched soon in the UAE market.

Through this certification, only the moniker and the model number are revealed, and sadly, so far, no leaks have surfaced that could reveal some specifications of the Razr 70. However, for the Razr 70 Ultra, tipster Smart Pikchu had earlier revealed that the Razr 70 Ultra may come with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 or the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. This seems more likely, as the Razr 60 Ultra came with the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC.

Since the Razr 60 came with the Dimensity 7400X, it is likely that it may come with the successor to the Dimensity 7400X, which could be the upcoming Dimensity 7500 SoC (*assuming). However, this is just my assumption, and hopefully, once these smartphones are spotted on Geekbench, more details will be revealed.
