Galaxy S23 series now covered under Free Green Line Screen Replacement policy; Valid until 31st December 2025
The South Korean tech giant Samsung offers a free screen replacement policy for Green and Pink line issues in the Galaxy S21 series and the Galaxy S22 series. Under this policy, users get a one-time free screen replacement for models that come under these two series.
Recently, Galaxy S23 and S24 users also complained about the green and pink line issues on their devices, and it was said that the brand should start preparing to offer free screen replacement for the Galaxy S23 and S24 series as well, due to the rise in the issues reported.
Tipster @tarunvats33 has now revealed that Samsung India support has officially confirmed that the Galaxy S23 series is now covered under the Free Green Line Screen Replacement policy.

Do note that this policy applies only to devices purchased within three years of the invoice date, and there should not be any kind of physical damage to them. In the screenshot shared, it was also revealed that the support team has mentioned that the current policy is applicable till 30th September 2025 and will be extended till 31st December 2025, suggesting that once again, this free screen replacement policy will be extended for the affected users.
