One UI 8.5 latest build spotted with increased area of blur effects

The rumor mill has been buzzing lately with the updates of One UI 8.5, which is said to be currently under work. Various new changes and improvements have been spotted till now in this upcoming custom UI skin.

Tipster @tarunvats33, who has previously revealed a lot of changes spotted in One UI 8.5, has today shared that the latest build of this custom skin comes with an increased area of blur effects.

The image revealed the expanding blur effects across Quick Settings panels and file manager interfaces that showcase a premium, glass-like effect.

At the end of last month, a new build (CYJO) for One UI 8.5 was spotted on the Samsung servers in Korea. Previous reports revealed that One UI 8.5 arrives with outline design to toggles in Quick panel, Glass Mask effect to the contacts icon, refreshed battery graph UI, new album art transition effect in the media player, adaptive clock, weather effect, floating search bar, bold status bar icon, new software update download page, system-wide 3D app icons, Weather app with new gradient coloring, redesigned menus, Expanded Dark Theme, Forced App Icon Theming, Lock Screen Widgets with third party support, Native Step Tracking via Health Connect, Granular Haptic Feedback Control, and PDF Annotation and EditingFavorite contacts UI redesigned and new Create menu bar in gallery app.
