Nothing Officially Announces its Nothing OS 4.0 General Release: To Take Place Tomorrow, on 21st November 2025
The UK-based tech maker – Nothing has now officially announced the general release of its Android 16-based Nothing OS 4.0 custom skin. It will be taking place tomorrow, and most of the brand’s newer smartphone models are going to get it.

Nothing OS 4.0 – General Release Taking Place Tomorrow
Via its official X handle for the global audience, Nothing has confirmed the general release date of the Nothing OS 4.0 custom skin. It is scheduled to take place tomorrow on the 21st of November 2025, and will be made available globally. Reportedly, the brand is calling its Android 16-based Nothing OS 4.0 update as ‘Flow’, and the X post shared uses the tagline – ‘Let your phone bring flow to your life’.
Speaking more, an official update concerning the eligible devices that will be getting the latest Nothing OS 4.0 update has not yet been shared, however most of the Nothing-branded and CMF-branded smartphones will be receiving it. The July 2023-released Nothing Phone (2), March 2024-released Nothing Phone (2a), July 2024-released Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, March 2025-released Nothing Phone (3a) and Nothing Phone (3a) Pro, July 2025-released Nothing Phone (3), October 2025-released Nothing Phone (3) Lite, July 2024-released CMF Phone 1, and the April 2025-released CMF Phone 2 Pro are expected to get the Nothing OS 4.0 update as per their promised Android OS update cycle.
In related news, this month on the 27th of November 2025, the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chip-powered Nothing Phone (3) Lite smartphone is also scheduled to hit the Indian market. For Indian customers, a special variant will also be unveiled by the brand.
