Then you can tap on the specific message again. Later, click on Delete for Everyone. Then the message will be deleted for all thus accomplishing what you wanted to do with this message. But if you take too long to click, it will not happen. The Undo option does not last forever.

This rollout is a staged rollout. So, this feature may or may not be present on your WhatsApp right now. Also make sure that you install the latest upgrade of WhatsApp on your device.
