Motorola most likely to come up with a new X40 flagship? Find out below

The first smartphone to use the SnapDragon 8 Gen1 technology was the edge X30, which Motorola announced at the end of the previous year. This gadget has one of the most affordable chipsets and is one of the most popular gadgets.

The Motorola Edge 30 Pro overtook the X30 as the most often purchased item globally in January of this year. The business may unveil a brand-new flagship phone in China by the end of this year. Given that a speculated X-series flagship phone has obtained permission from China’s 3C authority, this still seems likely.

An entirely new Motorola phone with the model number XT2301-5 has shown up in the database of the 3C regulating authority. This is a 5G phone and may feature a 68W charger, per the listing.

It seems likely that it will be the upcoming X-series flagship phone, the Moto Edge X30’s successor, which might debut before the end of the year. XT2301-5 may be introduced in China as the Moto X40 or a similar moniker.

According to the leaked roadmap of the next Motorola phones, the company’s upcoming flagship products for the worldwide market are purportedly known by the codenames Bronco and Canyon.

One of the devices that are predicted to arrive on the international market is the Motorola Edge 40 and Edge 40 Pro.

Rumors say it will include the following feature:

  • A 60-megapixel front-facing camera,
  • Triple camera system with 50-megapixel (main) + 50-megapixel (ultrawide + macro) + 12-megapixel (telephoto),
  • 165Hz FHD+ OLED display,
  • Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset,
  • 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM,
  • A 60-megapixel rear camera is rumored to be included in the Moto X40.

Motorola X40 is expected to launch on 22 October 2022 and the expected price of the phone is Rs. 39,999.
