Apple iPhone 15 Pro Tipped to Feature a Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Frame: Launching Tomorrow

The Cupertino-based multinational tech company, Apple, is confirmed to launch its iPhone 15 series devices on the 12th of September 2023, tomorrow, at a special event to be conducted in Apple Park, and just one day ahead of its launch, it is tipped again that the iPhone 15 Pro smartphone is expected to feature a grade 5 titanium alloy frame.

Apple’s next iPhone 15 series is going to include four new devices – the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus standard versions, as well as the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max pro variants. Reports have also arrived suggesting that there is a chance that the iPhone 15 Pro Max could be re-named as “iPhone 15 Pro Ultra”.

Now, just a day ahead of its official launch, a tipster on the Twitter platform has shared that the upcoming iPhone 15 Pro smartphone is going to have a grade 5 titanium alloy frame comprising 90% titanium, 6%, aluminum, and 4% vanadium. From early this year itself, reports started to reveal that the pro variants of the series are to feature a titanium frame. This new titanium alloy frame will make the device more strong and lighter in weight.

As mentioned above, Wonderlust, the special Apple event will be conducted tomorrow and apart from the iPhone 15 series devices, Apple is also expected to unveil two Watch Series 9 smartwatches, the Watch Ultra 2 smartwatch and the AirPods Pro 2 with a USB type-C port. Announcements about the iOS 17 and watchOS 10 operating systems are also expected.

Speaking about the iPhone 15 series devices, all the models are expected to have a USB type-C charging port, the Dynamic Island feature, along with a customizable action button. Once the devices are announced, the pre-orders are likely to start in two days, and a week later, it should probably be made available.
