Peak to be bought by Zynga for $1.8 Billion

Zynga said on Monday it has consented to purchase Turkish portable game creator Peak for $1.8 billion (generally Rs. 13,553 crores) in a money and stock exchange, in an arrangement that will help the FarmVille creator support its day by day dynamic client base by 60 percent.
