Users watching the stream can send comments just like in group calls and video chats. You can also make your comment stand out, highlight, and pin your message with Telegram Stars by tapping the message bubble icon.
The Star icon in the bottom corner of the stream shows how many Stars the host has earned so far, and viewers can tap the icon to donate additional Stars. Live Stories can be launched from user accounts, as well as groups and channels that have unlocked posting Stories via boosts. Live Stories are said to offer the same privacy controls as ordinary stories.

Streams in stories also support RTMP keys for external apps like OBS and XSplit, which allow content creators to seamlessly stream on Telegram with their existing setup.
Creators can manage comments or set a price per comment by tapping in the top corner while streaming and selecting ‘Live Settings.’ To make a user a chat admin, you can give them the admin permission ‘Manage Video Chats/ Live Streams’ in your group or channel.
