Meta-owned WhatsApp has introduced a new “Layout” feature for Status updates, allowing users to combine multiple photos into a single collage-style image. The update is now rolling out to both iOS and Android devices. With this feature, you can select up to six photos from your phone’s gallery, arrange them in a chosen frame, and post them as one image in your Status.
Here’s how to use it:
- Go to your Status page.
- Tap Add Status – a new window will appear.
- From the top menu, select the Layout option.
- Choose up to 6 photos from your gallery.
- Select your preferred frame from the list.
- That’s it – your layout is ready.
