Samsung Officially Teases its Next Exynos 2600 Flagship Chip: Coming Soon

After unveiling its Exynos 2500 chip back in June 2025, Samsung is preparing to launch its next Exynos 2600 flagship chip. The brand has now officially teased its arrival (via YouTube), pointing to its imminent launch.

In the teaser video shared, Samsung seems to have understood the requirements of users (‘In silence, we listened…’), and has upgraded the performance specs of its Exynos 2600 chip (‘Refined at the core…’). Necessary optimizations have also been made from the brand’s side, in all of its different aspects, and it is claimed that the upcoming flagship chip will be delivering an exceptional performance this time.

Speaking more, Samsung’s Exynos 2600 chip is said to hit the market as the very first 2nm smartphone chipset at the time of its launch, and its Geekbench listings have been spotted several times. In terms of performance, the brand has made tweaks in order to enhance its performance levels. The Samsung Xclipse 960 GPU will also be integrated onto it. Reportedly, ~30% higher NPU performance and ~29% higher GPU performance are expected to be offered on this Samsung chipset when compared to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip. When compared to Apple’s A19 Pro chip, 6x stronger NPU performance is also reported to be offered, along with 14% higher multi-core CPU performance and 75% higher GPU performance.

Early next year in 2026, the Galaxy S26 series smartphone models will be debuted, and in certain markets, the brand will be offering the Exynos 2600 variants. To note, the teaser video also suggests that the chipset will be brought ahead of the flagship Galaxy S26 series.
