OPPO has already confirmed the launch of its next A6 series smartphone, the Oppo A6c, for the Chinese market. The device, expected to be called the OPPO A6c, is scheduled to debut on January 15, 2026. Alongside the announcement, the company also revealed the design and colour options of the phone, which include Deep Blue-Purple and Olive Green.
In a new teaser shared by OPPO China on Weibo, additional details about the smartphone have now been confirmed.
Here is more to it.
Oppo A6c new details revealed
According to the latest teaser, the OPPO A6c will pack a 6,500mAh battery. The company states that the battery is designed for long-term use of up to five years and is marketed to deliver a full day of usage on a single charge. The device will also feature 48 months of system fluency protection, suggesting long-term performance optimisation.
The smartphone is confirmed to come with a 120Hz display and a claimed peak brightness of 1,125 nits, aimed at improving visibility under bright outdoor conditions.
However, OPPO has not yet confirmed whether the OPPO A6c will be a 5G or 4G model. This uncertainty exists because the device closely resembles the recently launched OPPO A6x in global markets, which is available in both 4G and 5G variants. With the launch just a day away, more official details are expected to be revealed soon.
