New POCO Smartphone – Coming Soon in India
Under the POCO branding, we have already seen the launch of the POCO X7 Pro and the POCO F7 smartphones in India and just like the two devices, the upcoming POCO smartphone will also be equipped with a larger battery and will offer a reverse wired charging capability too. This means, users of the upcoming POCO smartphone will be able to enjoy a better battery life and can also use the device to charge other devices, freeing them from carrying a power bank. Furthermore, the upcoming device even with the large battery onboard is also going to feature a slim form factor design too, similar to the POCO X7 Pro and the POCO F7 smartphones.
As per the Flipkart landing page teasers, Akshay Kumar will continue to be the face of this upcoming POCO smartphone as well, and he can be seen holding the device. About its design, from the glimpse of the device, it is revealed to sport a pill-shaped vertically-placed rear camera module at the top-left portion, and the rear panel could be having a ‘segmental’ design language. Also to add, the tagline ‘Power for All, Limitless Potential’ has been used to tease the upcoming smartphone, and it will be made available in India as a Flipkart Unique product.

In the coming days, we might be coming across more updates concerning this upcoming POCO smartphone and we might also be able to confirm its moniker soon. In related news, the Redmi 15 5G smartphone has been scheduled to launch on the 19th of August 2025 in India, and it is revealed to feature a 7000 mAh large battery and an 18W reverse wired charging capability too
