Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ with 6.8″ 1.5K Super HD HDR10+ Extreme AMOLED Display, Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC, Sony LYT-710 Sensor Launched in Brazil
Motorola recently launched the Edge 70 Fusion (Globally/India), and now a + variant has been introduced called the Edge 70 Fusion+. This new smartphone has been quietly released in the Brazilian market and is currently available for purchase via Motorola Brazil’s official website.

Motorola Edge 70 Fusion+ – Specs and Features
Motorola recently launched the Edge 70 Fusion both in India and globally. While the global variant was launched with a smaller 5200mAh battery and Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC, the India variant came with a 7000mAh battery and Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC. Well, adding to this, the new Edge 70 Fusion+ for the global market has been launched and appears to be a fusion of Edge 70 Fusion Global and the Indian variant. Under the hood, it is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 SoC (same as Edge 70 Fusion – India) and 5200mAh battery (same as the Edge 70 Fusion – Global).
The Edge 70 Fusion+ comes with a 6.8″ 1.5K Super HD HDR10+ Extreme AMOLED display, which offers a 144Hz refresh rate, 2000 nits of peak brightness, and a screen calibration that is Pantone™ Validated. Talking more about the display, it has quad-curve glass, features thin bezels, and is Corning® Gorilla® Glass 7 certified, which means protection against scratches and drops.
As stated above, it comes with a 5200mAh battery, which Motorola claims can offer up to 39 hours of backup. With its 68W TurboPower charger (included in the box), you can get up to 12 hours of backup with just 10 minutes of charging.
The rear has a triple camera setup with a 50MP main Sony LYT-710 (1/1.56″) (OIS) sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide/macro sensor, and a 10MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom. While at the front, it has a 50MP selfie shooter, and both the front and the rear cameras offer 4K video support.
It has been launched in a single memory option of 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, and with RAM Boost, you can get an additional 12GB of virtual RAM. Connectivity options include USB 2.0, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, USB-C, and eSIM/physical SIM support.
Speaking about the durability of this smartphone, it is MIL-STD-810H certified, which means it can withstand falls of up to 1.2 meters. Furthermore, with an IP68/IP69 rating, the phone can stay submerged in fresh water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. Motorola also claims that the phone is designed to operate continuously for one hour even at a height of 4500 meters, and whether it’s extreme cold temperatures like -20°C or extreme heat of 60°C, it is certified to work in these environments for up to 4 hours.
Pricing and Availability
The device is available in a single memory option of 12GB/256GB and is priced at R$ 2,969.10 (~₹51,613.35 / $557.65). It comes in two colour options: PANTONE™ Blue Surf / Capri and PANTONE™ Orient Blue / Fuchsia Red, both featuring a vegan leather finish.
