Just a few days back, iQOO officially teased the launch of the iQOO 15R smartphone in the Indian market. The device was confirmed to be made available via the iQOO India and Amazon India websites, though the microsite for this upcoming device was not listed.
The microsite for the iQOO 15R smartphone has finally been made live on the iQOO India website and Amazon.
For now, the microsite only reveals the design of this smartphone that was previously teased. As mentioned earlier, the design closely resembles that of the recently launched iQOO Z11 Turbo smartphone.
Previously, the Indian/Global variant of the iQOO 15R smartphone was spotted on the Geekbench database, which revealed key details like Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, OriginOS 6, and an 8GB RAM variant. The iQOO Z11 Turbo also comes with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, which hints that the upcoming iQOO 15R smartphone could arrive as the rebranded version of the iQOO Z11 Turbo.
Apart from the Geekbench database, iQOO 15R has also made its appearance on the Bluetooth SIG, Indonesian SDPPI, Malaysian SIRIM, EEC, and India’s BIS. iQOO is expected to soon start teasing the key features of this smartphone.
