Honor X9d 5G officially confirmed to launch in Malaysia on 24th September; Design looks similar to Honor X70

The Chinese manufacturer Honor is all set to introduce a new X series device in the global market- Honor X9d 5G. The brand has officially confirmed the launch date of this device, while its key details have also been teased.

Honor X9d 5G: Launch officially confirmed

The smartphone will be officially unveiled in Malaysia on 24th September at 3 PM. The company has also revealed the design of this upcoming device, which looks similar to the Honor X70 smartphone that made its debut in China in July. There is a circular camera module on the rear panel that houses camera sensors and an LED flash. The branding of the Matrix AI Vision Camera can be seen on the module.

Honor X9d 5G will feature a 108MP main camera with OIS support (Honor X70 features a 50MP main camera). It will arrive in Reddish Brown and Sunlight gold color options. The device is teased to arrive with the industry’s leading bulletproof-inspired shock absorption framework and IP69K rating. It will be equipped with an 8300 mAh silicon-carbon battery (same as Honor X70).

Honor may tease some more details related to this upcoming smartphone in the next few days, while the detailed specs and pricing information will be known after its launch next week in Malaysia.
