Google Pixxel 10a – Specs and Features
Though the look and even most of the specs are similar to what we have seen in the Google Pixel 9a, the Pixel 10a still has some advantages over its predecessor. For instance, it is made with the most recycled material of any A-series Pixel yet, including for the first time recycled cobalt, copper, gold and tungsten. This accounts for 36% of the product based on weight, compared to 23% in the Pixel 9a.
Further, the Pixel 10a has the same 6.3″ FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate but offers 3,000 nits of peak brightness compared to 2,700 nits in the Pixel 9a. Also, the glass protection is upgraded to Gorilla Glass 7i from Gorilla Glass 3. The Pixel 10a comes with satellite SOS support, which isn’t there in the Pixel 9a. Adding more to this, the charging specs have also been upgraded to 45W fast wired charging along with 10W Qi wireless charging, compared to the 27W fast wired and 7.5W wireless charging on the Pixel 9a.
Talking more about this, the Pixel 10a is slightly lighter, weighing around 183g compared to 186g of the Pixel 9a. There is only a minute difference in the dimensions and thickness between the two.
