Thomas Tuchel pushes for Kimpembe at Chelsea

Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel is forcing Stamford Bridge to make a bid for PSG defender Presnel Kimpembe. Tuchel also was his manager with his stint at Paris Saint-Germain. The German is now looking to reshape the defence and is keen to have the defender on his side.

The 26 year old has two years left with PSG and new sporting director Luis Campos believes that his side could cash in. Campos could try to replace Kimpembe with Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar, who will cost around 51 million pounds.

Tuchel just wants to test the waters and wants his team to be the first one at making a bid. It’s also claimed that this is the minimum fee PSG would demand for Kimpembe.

The West London club are eyeing for some great defenders as targets. Moreover, the Blues are set to sign up Raheem Sterling from Manchester City for 45 million pounds.

The 27 year old England forward could arrive in time to catch up with Chelsea on their pre-season tour.
