Here is what has been revealed.

Vivo Y6e – Google Play Console Supported Devices List

As per the Google Play Console Supported Devices list, this new Vivo handset carries the model number “V2559A”, and next to it, the device code has been mentioned as “PD2559”. The listing confirms the moniker of the device to be Vivo Y6e.

However, one thing to notice here is that this model number is the same as that of the Vivo Y60 handset, which was launched earlier in the market. So far, Vivo has already launched a series of smartphones that appear to be rebranded versions of the Vivo Y60, including the Vivo Y60s, Vivo Y60m, and Vivo Y6t, if we go by the device code.

This would mean that the newly discovered Vivo Y6e may also bring the same spec sheet as that of the Y60. Moreover, the difference is probably going to be in the memory variant with which this new device will be launched, as we have seen with the other variants as well.

More details regarding the Vivo Y6e are expected to be revealed in the coming days.

Stay tuned for more updates!

Old story continues below.

A new Motorola device has now appeared on the Geekbench database, and interestingly, the listing has revealed a completely new moniker called Moto G Max. With this, it seems that Motorola could be planning to introduce a new ‘Max’ variant under its G-series lineup.

Read more about the latest update below.

Motorola Moto G Max – Geekbench Listing

As per what has been revealed via the Geekbench listing, which was first spotted by tipster Abhishek Yadav, Motorola’s upcoming G-series handset will be arriving with the Moto G Max moniker. However, the benchmark listing does not reveal the model number of this device.

Speaking more, the listed Motorola smartphone has been tested with the Android 16 operating system and 8GB RAM option. The chipset’s codename mentioned on the listing is ‘MediaTek MT6835’, and it features two cores clocked at 2.50GHz and six remaining cores clocked at 2.00GHz. This confirms that the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 SoC, paired with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, which has also been pointed out via the Geekbench platform.

Regarding its performance, the Moto G Max smartphone has achieved 818 points and 2154 points respectively in the single-core and multi-core tests. Notably, the ‘Max’ branding used in the moniker may likely suggest a larger battery capacity, as several smartphone makers have been using similar names for their battery-focused devices.

Also to add, Motorola has used similar branding in the past as well. During the early 2010s, the brand introduced devices such as the Droid RAZR Maxx and RAZR HD Maxx, which were known for packing larger batteries at a time. Later in 2014, the Moto Maxx was also introduced globally, while the same device arrived as the Droid Turbo in the US market.

However, Motorola later moved away from the ‘Maxx’ branding, and its battery-focused philosophy was continued through the Moto G Power series. On the other hand, its premium smartphone approach later moved towards the Motorola Edge Plus and Razr Ultra lineups.

As of now, nothing more can be said about this upcoming Motorola device, since this is the first time the handset has appeared on a database. However, this may not be the last time we hear about it, and more details concerning the Moto G Max smartphone can be expected to be revealed soon.

Stay tuned for more updates.

A soldier prepares a drone interceptor platform. Picogrid’s open-systems technology enables these autonomous capabilities to operate within U.S. air defense networks.

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., June 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Picogrid today announced that its open-systems integration technology is being used to connect Ukraine-proven Shahed interceptors into ongoing U.S. air defense operations. In coordination with Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF-401), Picogrid has established a distributed mesh network as the tactical edge integrator for Lattice and Forward Area Air Defense Command and Control (FAAD-C2) through integration with Perennial Autonomy Merops systems. This network enables operational units to share sensor data and autonomous drone interceptor tracks seamlessly across existing U.S. and allied air defense systems.

As the proliferation of low-cost, one-way attack drones fundamentally alters the air defense landscape, traditional fixed-site defense systems are increasingly augmented by highly maneuverable counter-UAS teams. These teams require an adaptable “kill web” capable of collapsing isolated sensor data into a unified, actionable operating picture.

To meet this critical operational need, Picogrid has deployed its ruggedized Helios and Portal Expeditionary C2 Nodes (ECNs) alongside its Legion integration platform into theater to form an expeditionary air defense network. This system ingests raw data from passive and active sensors and shares it across counter-UAS teams. The deployment includes integration of Perennial Autonomy’s Merops Surveyor drone interceptor, enabling soldiers to connect proven effectors into a resilient, open-architecture air defense network.

This modular capability allows warfighters to establish a direct, low-latency bridge between their sensing equipment, interceptors, and other weapon systems. By fusing radar tracks locally on the ECNs, counter-UAS teams can execute automated detect-to-engage workflows with confidence, even in degraded or denied communications environments. Edge data generated by these teams is integrated into FAAD-C2 on classified networks, facilitated by Picogrid’s cross-domain solution for operational employment.

“The true bottleneck in modern air defense is often the friction of integrating siloed systems in the field,” said Peter Kazazes, Lead Systems Architect at Picogrid. “Our role is to provide a reliable sensor-to-effector integration mesh. By deploying an open architecture, we’re enabling soldiers on the ground to plug-and-play the best-of-breed sensors and autonomous interceptors they need to secure their airspace and protect American and allied personnel against emerging threats.”

New quarterly analysis found diesel prices surged 58.3% year-over-year, exposing significant margin pressure for carriers relying on static fuel surcharges

AUSTIN, Texas, June 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Magnus Technologies (“Magnus”), a leading Transportation Management System (TMS) software provider, today released the June 2026 Diesel Fuel Index, a quarterly market intelligence report tracking diesel price movement and its real-world impact on carrier margins.

The inaugural report found that U.S. average retail diesel prices climbed to $5.60 per gallon by mid-May 2026, representing a 58.3% increase year-over-year and a $2.06 increase compared to May 2025. The analysis also identified a $0.96 per gallon increase during the week of March 9, the largest single-week move recorded in the dataset.

“Fuel surcharges are meant to be a neutral pass-through,” said Matt Cartwright, founder and CEO of Magnus Technologies. “In a volatile market, manual or infrequent updates create a gap between actual fuel costs and what gets charged, leaving carriers to absorb costs they were never meant to carry. The difference comes down to timing: aligning fuel cost recovery to real-time conditions instead of static assumptions.”

Diesel prices surged more than 40% in under two months in early 2026, exposing a widespread challenge across the freight industry. Many fuel surcharge programs rely on monthly or quarterly reset schedules that were unable to keep pace with rapidly changing market conditions, leaving carriers responsible for fuel costs that surcharges were intended to recover.

The Magnus Diesel Fuel Index is designed to help carriers better understand that exposure by tracking weekly diesel price movement against common surcharge reset structures. Published quarterly, the index provides a single reference point for evaluating how fuel volatility impacts carrier margins and fuel cost recovery.

The report is accompanied by the Magnus Fuel Gap Report, which models the impact of the 2026 diesel surge on a representative 55-truck Texas carrier. The analysis found that a carrier operating under a typical monthly fuel surcharge reset schedule could experience approximately $168,000 in unrecovered fuel costs during the surge window, while quarterly reset structures could leave more than $400,000 unrecovered.

The June 2026 Diesel Fuel Index is the first edition of Magnus Technologies’ quarterly diesel market intelligence series. The full report is available here.

The newly revealed details now suggest that the Indian variant will also be arriving with the same set of specifications as that of the variant already launched in China, though there seems to be a slight difference in terms of battery capacity.

Read more about it below.

Redmi Turbo 5 Indian Variant More Specs Revealed

In the updated microsite, it has now been confirmed that the upcoming Redmi Turbo 5 will be featuring 3D IceLoop cooling technology, and the device will also be arriving with an aerospace-grade metal middle frame. Along with this, the smartphone is also confirmed to offer IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K-level protection, while Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection will also be present.

Speaking more, the outside banner has revealed the device in a Black colour option, while the microsite also shows two additional colour choices — White and Mint. These are the same colour options that are already available with the Chinese variant of the device.

Coming to the specifications that have already been revealed, it again confirms that the Indian variant of the Redmi Turbo 5 is going to be a rebranded version of the one launched in China. However, a slight difference that we spotted is with the battery capacity. The banner on the microsite mentions a 7540mAh battery, while the Chinese variant comes with a 7560mAh battery, marking a minor 20mAh difference between the two.

Apart from this, the device is also teased to feature a 120Hz Fluid Display with 1.5K resolution. The smartphone is further confirmed to come with a 50MP main rear camera with OIS and EIS support, and this will be paired with an 8MP ultra-wide camera as well. At the front, the device has also been given a 20MP selfie camera.

Furthermore, the microsite had already revealed that the upcoming Redmi Turbo 5 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 SoC, and it will be coupled with up to 24GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM, which also includes 12GB of virtual RAM. Its internal storage will also be based on UFS 4.1.

However, the fine print mentions that the LPDDR5X Ultra RAM will only be available on the higher variant, though the exact variant has not been revealed yet. More details regarding the device are expected to be revealed in the coming days.

The company became the first telecom operator in India to offer a 5G network with advanced slicing capabilities that intelligently and dynamically segment network capacity in order to deliver a more stable and seamless experience.

Though this Priority Postpaid service recently became a part of the net neutrality principles (framework designed to ensure non-discriminatory internet access for all users, including lower-paying or prepaid consumers) debate in India. As the name suggests, the introduction of preferential network lanes for higher-paying subscribers.

The telecom operator did clarify that the 5G slicing technology does not breach net neutrality norms, and the data demonstrating stable performance across all user segments was shared with the telecom regulator. Amidst this controversy, the ‘Priority Postpaid’ service is now called ‘Fast Lane.’ As per Airtel, the new name captures the essence of what is offered.

When questions were raised about the withdrawal of the service, the company reportedly mentioned, “There is no question of withdrawal of our new post-paid plan. To the contrary, we have had a satisfying response to the launch of our new plan backed by 5G slicing technology. Our launch campaign has ended. And our descriptor to signal what we are doing- ‘Fast Lane’- captures the essence of what we offer.”

The company has made changes on its website, and signals on mobile phones are also displaying the “Fast Lane” name now.

Samsung has now released the latest version 1.1.02.01 of the Theme Park app, and it is now available for eligible Galaxy device users via the Galaxy Store. The new update brings three major improvements, along with general bug fixes and usability enhancements.

Speaking more, the first improvement that has been added with the latest Theme Park update is enhanced keyboard customization. With this, users running One UI 9.0 beta, which is currently available for the Galaxy S26 series in select global regions, will be receiving new keycap designs for the Samsung Keyboard, thereby giving them more options to customize the keyboard as per their preference.

Also to add, the Theme Park app is also receiving improved live icons and previews for Samsung’s stock Calendar and Clock applications. Earlier, when users applied a theme pack to app icons, there were chances that the Calendar and Clock icons may not display the current date and time correctly. This issue is now said to have been improved with the latest update.

Furthermore, Samsung has also improved color tuning and the overall theme quality with the new Theme Park version. Notably, this particular improvement will not be limited to One UI 9 devices only, and will also be available for Galaxy devices running earlier One UI versions as well.

As of now, the latest Theme Park update is available via the Galaxy Store, and users can check for the new version from the store itself.

It was said that these AI Notification features were rolled out for previous flagship devices as well, but there was no update on the same.

Samsung has now started releasing the One UI 8.5 June 2026 update for the Galaxy S25 series in Korea, and with this update, the AI Notification highlights menu is also being rolled out for the series, which includes two new features.

Two New AI-Powered Notification Highlights: Galaxy S25 Series

The new features include: Prioritise Notifications and Summarise Notifications.

Prioritise Notifications

With Prioritise Notifications, AI learns to recognise the most relevant messages and places them at the top of the list. This way, an urgent message will never be buried under dozens of less important notifications.

Summarise Notifications

By analysing your notification history from the last 24 hours, the AI generates a short, concise text that summarises the entire conversation. At a glance, you will know the gist of the conversation.

Do note that if your battery is running low or you’ve enabled Power Saving mode, summaries will be paused to extend your phone’s battery life.

How to enable and customise the experience?

Phase 1: Turn on Galaxy AI

Step 1- Open Settings

Step 2- Select Galaxy AI

Step 3- Tap Notification highlights

Step 4- Toggle on the main switches for Prioritise and Summarise notifications

Phase 2: Advanced customisations for individual apps

Step 1- Go to Settings

Step 2- Select Notifications

Step 3- Tap App notifications

Step 4- Find the app you want to customise (e.g. Google Messages)

Step 5- Toggle the corresponding switches on or off to create a personalised experience, app by app

There were two FIFA World Cup 2026 plans available on Zee5: a Rs 799 three-month plan that supported three devices and a Rs 1699 annual plan that supported 4 devices. Ahead of the tournament getting started, Zee5 faced a huge backlash online from subscribers who purchased the subscriptions expecting support for 3 or 4 devices, but after payment, subscribers discovered the account limit had been changed to 1 device (Rs 799)/ 2 devices (Rs 1699).

Numerous users raised the same concern over the X platform, while some users also filed complaints claiming the advertisement was a scam. Well, after facing this backlash, Zee5 has now restored the device limit to 3 devices in the Rs 799 plan and to 4 devices in the Rs 1699 plan.
