Google Delivers its First Ever USD 100 Billion Revenue in Q3 2025, Thanks to the AI Momentum

Google has now shared its Q3 2025 earnings, reporting that the California-based tech giant has acquired USD 100 billion in revenue for the first time. The AI momentum and the company’s work in this field are said to be the reasons for this impressive growth.

Google – USD 100 Billion Revenue in Q3 2025
This update has been shared by Google CEO – Sundar Pichai himself via his X account, and he notes that the company has delivered its first ever USD 100 billion quarter revenue in the third quarter of this year. Notably, he adds that the company’s quarterly revenue five years ago was at USD 50 billion, and it doubled in the previous Q3 2025. Furthermore, the company also witnessed a double-digit growth across all of its major businesses, and its full stack approach towards AI innovation has driven the real momentum in revenue and this high pace.
Speaking more about the highlights of Q3 2025, across 1P models (including Gemini and via direct API use), the brand recorded seven billion tokens per minute, and on the Gemini app, the brand recorded 650 million monthly active users. On Google Cloud, a year-over-year increase of 34% was recorded in revenue, along with USD 155 billion in backlog. Across Google One and YouTube, paid subscriptions increased to over 300 million.

Regarding a few other recent updates, the ‘Take Notes for Me’ feature was brought to Google Calendar by Google Workspace, while a leaked preview revealed the details of the Google Feature Drop for November 2025. Also to add, Google Labs introduced Pomelli too recently as its experimental AI marketing tool.
