Ltd, has today announced the launch of a new range of window air conditioners in India, including the country’s first window AC with active air purification powered by its patented Plasmacluster technology. The new lineup includes the Ryohu (inverter) and Ryohu-FS (fixed-speed) models.

It incorporates twin motor technology along with turbo mode to enable faster cooling, while Coanda airflow and 4-way auto swing help ensure more uniform air distribution across the room.

The range also includes a 4-in-1 convertible mode that enables users to adjust cooling capacity across different levels, helping optimise energy consumption. Built to operate in high ambient temperatures of up to 52 degrees Celsius, the series combines turbo cooling with long air throw of up to 18 metres, enabling effective cooling across larger spaces. There are multiple operating modes- auto, cool, dry, and fan provide flexibility in usage across different conditions.

Across both inverter and fixed-speed models, SHARP has focused on durability and ease of use, with features such as 100% copper condensers, anti-corrosion coating, dust filters and auto-restart functionality. The range also uses eco-friendly R32 refrigerant and is built in line with SHARP’s Japan 7 Shield framework. All models come with a 5-year comprehensive warranty, while Ryohu (Inverter) also has a 10-year compressor warranty.

Availability

Ryohu FS (Fixed-Speed) starts from Rs 34,390, and Ryohu (Inverter) top throw starts from Rs 39,990. These models are available at leading retail outlets and online platforms across India.

Motorola’s Upcoming AC for India

Motorola India, via a post on X, has now confirmed that it will soon be launching a new AC (air conditioner) in the Indian market. Further, in the post, Motorola reveals “Over ₹10,000 worth of benefits on your AC setup,” which means it could come with launch offers worth ₹10,000+.

The banner image shown in the X post shows the tagline “Unbox the cool”, a Motorola-branded split AC mounted on a wall with cool air flowing out. It also states “Skip the surcharge”, which likely means savings on electricity bills — probably highlighting energy efficiency.

If I talk about other details, its microsite has not been listed yet on Flipkart, and none of its specs has been revealed so far. But as the first teaser is now out, it is going to be 2026’s first split AC to be launched by Motorola in India.

More details will likely come once its launch date or at least its microsite is spotted on Flipkart India.

In a banner on the page, Flipkart claims that while competitors advertise “up to” exchange values, it is offering a guaranteed exchange value for the listed smartphones when customers trade them in for a Galaxy S26 series device.

To get the GEV (Guaranteed Exchange Value) offer on Flipkart for the Galaxy S26 Series, follow these steps:

Enter your delivery address or PIN code.

Choose the “Buy with Exchange” option.

Select your old device from the list.

The assured exchange value will be applied automatically.

Complete the purchase by following the on-screen steps.

Reportedly, there will be no extra evaluation or deductions at the time of delivery. However, the delivery executive will use a diagnostic app to check the phone’s brand and model. Blaupunkt Audio India has announced the SBW CHICAGO HT5.1, a 5.1-channel home theatre soundbar system that it describes as a Total Entertainment System for televisions and home entertainment setups.

As the name suggests, the SBW CHICAGO HT5.1 features a 5.1 channel setup, which is designed to create a 360-degree surround sound experience for a superior cinematic experience. Adding more to this, it includes a soundbar with three 2.25″ speakers, a subwoofer with a 6.5″ woofer, and two wired rear satellite speakers, giving a total output of 350W. The audio driver type used in the system is a dynamic driver. Further, through its built-in DSP (Digital Sound Processing), it can adjust sound output based on the type of content being played, including movies, music, sports, and games.

The Amazon Republic Day Sale 2026 is still live, and a new deal has surfaced on Amazon India for the Galaxy Tab A11+, which was launched in November last year in both Wi-Fi only and 5G variants.
