Xiaomi 17 Ultra spotted on 3C certification
The certification listing shows two model numbers “2512BPNDAC” and “25128PNA1C”. Although the official monikers are not confirmed in the listing, the first model is believed to be the standard Xiaomi 17 Ultra, while the second one is expected to be the dual satellite communication version. Both models are certified with the power adapter “MDY-18-EW”, which confirms support for 100W fast wired charging. For reference, the previous Xiaomi 15 Ultra offered 90W wired fast charging.
Recently, tipster DCS also shared the possible camera specifications of the Xiaomi 17 Ultra on Weibo. As per him, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra could be the only flagship to feature a 1-inch type primary camera, possibly the OmniVision OVX10500U. The phone is rumoured to pack a 50MP OmniVision OV50X main camera, a 50MP Samsung JN5 ultra-wide lens, a 50MP Samsung JN5 telephoto sensor, and a 200MP ISOCELL HP5 periscope telephoto camera.
Under the hood, the device is expected to launch with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. There is currently no official launch timeline, but considering the Xiaomi 15 Ultra launched in February in China, we can expect the Xiaomi 17 Ultra to debut sometime in the first quarter of 2026. Also, just like the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra is expected to launch in India as well.
