Xiaomi had confirmed earlier (at the time of Xiaomi 17 Ultra’s China launch) that it would bring the Xiaomi 17 series to the global market, but the company has not revealed the launch date, and the timeline remains unclear. While the official announcement is still awaited, tipster Siddhanshu Ambhore has shared new details about the memory variants and colour options of the Xiaomi 17 5G and Xiaomi 17 Ultra.

Xiaomi 17 Series Global Colour Options and Pricing revealed
In a post on X, the tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore stated that the Xiaomi 17 series is expected to launch soon globally, with no mention of an India launch. According to him, the Xiaomi 17 5G will be available in two memory variants. These include 12GB RAM with 256GB storage and 12GB RAM with 512GB storage. The colour options tipped for the device are black, blue, and green.
For the Xiaomi 17 Ultra, the post suggests that the phone will also arrive in two configurations. These are said to be 16GB RAM with 512GB storage and 16GB RAM with 1TB storage. The colour options mentioned for the Ultra model include black, white, and green. And since the tipster did not mention anything about the Leica edition, it means that the information likely refers to the Xiaomi 17 Ultra’s standard variant.
No launch date has been shared so far. However, the claim that the Xiaomi 17 series will launch soon suggests that the official announcement may not be far away.
