Vivo X300 Series Smartphones Spotted on the IMDA Certification Platform, Confirming the Launch in Singapore
The next Vivo X300 series will be debuting in the Chinese market early next week and ahead of it, the global variants of the two upcoming smartphones have made it to the IMDA certification platform. Their IMDA listing has also confirmed the launch in the Singaporean market as well.

Vivo X300 Series – IMDA Certification
Vivo’s X300 and X300 Pro smartphone models which have the respective model numbers of ‘V2515’ and ‘V2514’ have been listed on the IMDA certification database, and these have been certified and categorized as 5G mobile phones supporting WiFi, Bluetooth, and NFC connectivity. As mentioned above, their Singaporean launch has now been confirmed.

Speaking more, the two global variants were previously certified by the SDPPI and EEC authorities too, and thus their launch in the Indonesian and European markets has also been confirmed. Both of them will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor and their Geekbench listings have also been revealed.
Regarding the Chinese debut, it is scheduled to take place next week on the 13th of October 2025 and alongside the Vivo X300 series flagship smartphones, the Vivo Pad 5e tablet, Vivo TWS 5 earbuds, and the Vivo Watch GT 2 smartwatch are also going to be unveiled in the country. Notably, the Vivo X300 series will be bringing eight major upgrades this time and these include the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 x Blue Crystal combination, Android 16-based OriginOS 6 custom skin,7.95mm slim form factor design, Zeiss-branded 200MP camera system, Sony LYT-828 gimbal-level main camera, VS1 imaging chip, three-point full-focus zoom flash, and 4K 120fps video recording.
