Vivo X300 Series Launch Time Frames for Chinese and Indian Markets Tipped: Likely Debuting in Early October 2025
The next Vivo X300 series smartphones have already taken their place in reports and now, a new update has arrived pointing out their launch time frames for the Chinese and Indian markets. In both these markets, Vivo’s X300 series is expected to break its cover this year itself.

Vivo X300 Series – Tipped Chinese and Indian Launch Time Frames
This update comes from the X tipster @heyitsyogesh and as per what he has shared, the Vivo X300 series is expected to debut this year in the Chinese market, in early October 2025. Following this, it is also said to hit the Indian shore two months later in early December 2025.
Based on reports, two flagship smartphone models are likely to have their launch initially under the Vivo X300 series and these include the standard Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro. Both the X300 and X300 Pro models of Vivo were previously spotted on the SDPPI and EEC certification platforms and prior to which, the Geekbench listing of the standard model was also spotted.
Vivo’s X300 as per its listing on Geekbench is revealed to come equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, and it will be integrated with the ARM Mali G1 Ultra MC12 GPU. Moreover, the Android 16 operating system will be offered on the device out of the box, and it will have a 16GB RAM variant. Also to note, the SDPPI and EEC listings of the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro smartphones have confirmed their launch in the Indonesian and European markets as well.
