Vivo X300 Series First Look Revealed, Along With Few Display and Camera Related Specs; Vivo X300 Pro AnTuTu Score Also Revealed
The Chinese smartphone maker – Vivo had just recently begun the pre-appointment for the brand’s X300 series flagships in its home market and following which, new updates have arrived concerning the upcoming devices. The first look of both the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro smartphones have been revealed, along with other details. In addition to this, the AnTuTu listing of the Vivo X300 Pro flagship has also revealed its performance-related details as well.

Vivo X300 Series – First Look
As per the details that have been revealed, the Vivo X300 series is pointed out to be positioned as an alternative to Apple’s latest iPhone 17 series in terms of camera and performance, and it is revealed to feature BOE Q10 Plus display screen and a 1-nit low brightness technology. Speaking more, the BOE display has been customized for Vivo’s X300 series, and the 1-nit low brightness technology will be same as that offered by Apple and the X300 series is claimed to become the only Android smartphones to arrive supporting it.
Looking at the first look of both the Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro smartphones, both these devices will be sporting projected rear camera modules that are blended neatly into their rear panels. The camera bump is noticeably larger in the pro model, meaning it will be offering a better and upgraded camera system than the standard model. Also, the two Vivo X300 series flagships appear to have lesser thickness when compared to Apple’s iPhone 17 Pro smartphone. A metal middle frame (with brushed texture and antenna lines) is also among the notable design specs of the Vivo X300 series.
Vivo X300 Pro – AnTuTu Score
On the AnTuTu database, the Vivo X300 Pro (Satellite Communication Edition) has been listed and it has achieved an impressive 4,011,932 benchmark score. Furthermore, this device also was able to attain 1,043,247 points, 1,510,982 points, 667,254 points, and 790,449 points respectively in CPU, GPU, memory, and UX tests as well.
About other previous updates, the Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro smartphones have received Indonesia’s SDPPI, European EEC, and China’s 3C certifications, while the standard model has made it to the Geekbench database too. The 3C listing confirmed 90W wired fast charging for the two, while the Geekbench listing confirmed specs such as the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip, ARM Mali G1 Ultra MC12 GPU, Android 16 OS, and 16GB RAM option for the Vivo X300. Regarding the launch, as per the details tipped, the Chinese debut is believed to take place next month in early October 2025, followed by an India launch in early December 2025.
