Vivo X300 Pro’s Global Variant Spotted on Geekbench with MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, Crosses 10,000 Multi-Core Score

A few days ago, we spotted the Vivo X300’s global variant on the Geekbench database, and now the X300 Pro has also appeared on Geekbench.
Here is more to it.

The listing shows the model number V2514. While the moniker isn’t mentioned, its earlier SDPPI certification confirmed that this model number belongs to the Vivo X300 Pro’s global variant. The prototype tested on Geekbench achieved a single-core score of 3,471, while the multi-core score crossed the 10,000 mark, reaching 10,269 points.

Looking at the CPU configuration, it shows a total of 8 cores — 4 cores clocked at 2.70GHz, 3 cores at 3.50GHz, and a primary core running at 4.21GHz. From the source code, it is revealed to have a Mali-G1 Ultra-MC2 GPU, pointing to the Dimensity 9500 SoC. Other details include Android 16 (most likely running OriginOS 6 instead of FuntouchOS 16, since Vivo recently renamed the FuntouchOS India X profile page to OriginOS) and at least one 16GB RAM variant.
Comparing this with the Vivo X300 global variant’s Geekbench listing, the X300 did not manage to cross the 10,000 multi-core score mark. However, since these are prototypes, actual performance can only be evaluated once retail units become available.
As for the launch, the Vivo X300 series will debut on October 13 in its home country, China, and tipster Yogesh Brar has revealed that the India debut of the Vivo X300 series can be expected in December this year.
