Vivo X300 Indian Variant’s Memory and Colour Options Leaked

The upcoming Vivo X300 Global variant, carrying the model number V2515, was spotted on the Geekbench database earlier today. Now, the same tipster who revealed the listing has shared additional details, specifically about its memory and colour options for the Indian market.

According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Vivo X300 is expected to launch in India with two memory variants — 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB. In terms of colours, the handset is tipped to arrive in Blue, Red, and Black options.

The 16GB RAM model appears almost certain, as the X300 prototype had already surfaced on Geekbench with 16GB of RAM. The same listing also confirmed that the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and will ship with Android 16 out of the box.

Along with this, the Vivo X300 Series global versions have also been spotted on the Indonesian SDPPI and EEC certification websites. However, neither the Vivo X300 nor the X300 Pro has appeared on the BIS certification website yet.

As for the launch timeline, the Vivo X300 Series is tipped to debut globally in December of this year.
