Vivo X300 FE surfaces on Geekbench after TÜV and IMDA listings, revealing key details
The Vivo X300 FE reportedly appeared on the TUV and IMDA certifications just a few hours ago, revealing 90W fast wired charging support. And now it has been spotted on the Geekbench database, which reveals some of the hardware specs.

Vivo X300 FE – Geekbench Database
According to the Geekbench listing, the model number “V2537” has surfaced, which is said to belong to the upcoming Vivo X300 FE, as previously revealed by the Bluetooth SIG database. The Bluetooth SIG listing had earlier confirmed two model numbers associated with the device—V2537 and V2542, both linked to the X300 FE. A single-core score of 2701 and a multi-core score of 8180 have been achieved by this prototype.
The Geekbench database reveals that the smartphone’s prototype has achieved a single-core score of 2701 and a multi-core score of 8180 and features an octa-core processor, with six cores clocked at 3.32GHz and two performance cores running at 3.80GHz. The source code of the listing also mentions an Adreno 829 GPU, indicating that the device could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC.

The prototype unit tested on Geekbench was running Android 16 OS with OriginOS 6 on top and was equipped with 12GB of RAM.
In terms of certifications, the device has already appeared on the Indian BIS and EEC certification platforms, suggesting a launch in India and European markets. Additionally, it has now also received IMDA certification.
Looking at past trends, the Vivo X200 FE was introduced as a rebranded version of the S30 Pro Mini. Following a similar strategy, the Vivo X300 FE is expected to arrive as a rebranded S50 Pro Mini. The recent Geekbench listing further confirms this possibility.
