Vivo X300 and X300 Pro specs revealed via China Telecom website ahead of China launch

Vivo has already announced the launch of the Vivo X300 Series in its home country, China, which will take place on October 13th, 2025. Rumours have already spilled the beans on what to expect from the Vivo X300 Series, and some details have even been confirmed officially.
Now, adding more to that, we have spotted both the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro on the China Telecom website, revealing more specifications about these upcoming smartphones.

Both the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro have been listed with the model numbers “V2509A” and “V2502A”, respectively. The Vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch display with a resolution of 2640×1216, while the X300 Pro comes with a slightly larger 6.78-inch display with a resolution of 2800×1260.
Under the processor section, both the X300 and X300 Pro are listed with the “MT6993” chipset, featuring a main core frequency clocked at 4.21GHz, pointing to the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, which has already been confirmed officially.
In terms of dimensions, the Vivo X300 measures 150.57×71.92×7.95 mm and weighs 190 grams, while the X300 Pro measures 161.98×75.48×7.99 mm, weighing around 226 grams.
The listing confirms that the X300 Series will run on Android 16 with OriginOS 6, which was officially announced on October 10th at Vivo’s Developer Conference.
Battery capacities are listed as 6040mAh for the Vivo X300 and 6510mAh for the X300 Pro. Camera specifications reveal that both models will feature a 50MP + 50MP + 200MP triple rear camera setup, along with a 50MP front selfie shooter.
As for memory configurations, the Vivo X300 will come in 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB variants. Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 Pro will be available in 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB options. There’s also a Vivo X300 Pro Beidou Satellite Communication Edition (V2502DA), which shares the same specifications as the standard X300 Pro but comes only in a 16GB + 1TB variant.
In terms of colours, the Vivo X300 Pro and its Satellite Edition will be offered in Free Blue, Simple White, Pure Black, and Wilderness Brown, whereas the Vivo X300 will be available in Free Blue, Comfortable Purple, Lucky Colour, and Pure Black. Sadly, none of the models support expandable storage via a microSD card. Connectivity features include USB Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 1, Dual SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC support across all variants.
Lastly, the listing mentions October 17th as the “date to market,” which is likely to be the sale date, following the official launch event on October 13th.
