Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro Battery Capacities and Charging Specs Revealed Ahead of Their Official Debut
Vivo’s upcoming X300 and X300 Pro flagship smartphones are now just a few days away from their official debut date and ahead of it, the battery capacities and charging specs of these upcoming devices have been revealed online.

Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro – Revealed Battery Capacities and Charging Specs
As per this new update (received via X tipster @ZionsAnvin), the standard Vivo X300 flagship is pointed out to pack a 6040 mAh battery, whereas the Vivo X300 Pro is suggested to come equipped with an even larger 6510 mAh battery. Both these devices are also revealed to support 90W wired fasting charging feature (previously suggested via 3C), along with a wireless charging capability. Also to note, the images shared mentions about the 4.21 GHz-clocked MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset (officially teased), 16GB + 16GB RAM, and 1TB internal storage for the two flagship smartphones.
Regarding the launch, the Vivo X300 series consisting of the Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro smartphone models are scheduled to launch in China this month on the 13th of October 2025. The same day will also be marking the launch of the Vivo Pad 5e tablet, Vivo TWS 5 earbuds, and the Vivo Watch GT 2 smartwatch. Speaking of the Vivo X300 series, many of its specs have already been teased and notably it includes BOE Q10 Plus Eye-Protection Display, Zeiss 200MP camera system, Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter, and more. The designs of both the smartphones have also been teased, and nature-inspired color schemes will be offered for the two (Vivo X300 – Lucky Color, Cozy Purple, Free Blue, Pure Black; Vivo X300 Pro – Wilderness Brown, Simple White, Free Blue, Pure Black).
