Vivo X200T tipped to feature Dimensity 9400+ SoC, may launch by late January 2026
We have been hearing reports about Vivo preparing to launch a new smartphone in its X200 series, expected to be called the Vivo X200T. While Vivo has yet to offer any official confirmation, a fresh tip has now surfaced, revealing not only the chipset powering the device but also its possible launch timeline.
Here is more to it.
Vivo X200T Key details and Launch Timeline revealed
Interestingly, a similar launch timeline was previously tipped by Yogesh Brar. However, the key difference between the two leaks lies in the hardware details. Yogesh Brar had suggested that the X200T would share the same DNA as the X200 FE, meaning it would be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC.
A new tip from Abhishek Yadav, however, claims otherwise. According to him, the Vivo X200T will instead be powered by the more powerful Dimensity 9400+ chipset. He also reveals that the device will feature a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.

In addition, the smartphone is said to come with a triple rear camera setup, consisting of 50MP + 50MP + 50MP sensors, along with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support. On the software side, Vivo may offer long-term support, with five Android OS updates and seven years of security patches.
The tip further suggests that the X200T could include features such as a virtual graphics card, super-resolution and frame interpolation technologies, and a 4.5K nanofluid VC heat dissipation system for improved thermal performance.
If these details turn out to be accurate, the Vivo X200T could shape up to be a very well-rounded flagship offering. The promise of five major Android updates, in particular, would be a strong move from Vivo. That said, since none of this information is official yet, it’s best to take it with a pinch of salt. More clarity should emerge in the coming days as additional details surface.
