Vivo X200T and Vivo X300 FE spotted on Indian BIS; X200T also appears on Bluetooth SIG
We had earlier spotted Vivo’s upcoming X300 FE smartphone on the Bluetooth SIG database, and now another device, the Vivo X200T, has surfaced on the same certification. Notably, both smartphones have also cleared India’s BIS certification, hinting at an imminent India launch.

Vivo X200T spotted on Bluetooth SIG
According to the Bluetooth SIG listing, the model number “V2561” has been found linked with the Vivo X200T moniker. In addition to the X200T, the same listing also includes the Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro, all appearing on the same certification page.

Moving on to the Indian BIS certification, the model number “V2561” appears alongside another model number, “V2537”. Both devices received BIS approval on 31 December 2025. While the BIS database itself does not reveal the monikers, the Bluetooth SIG listing confirms that “V2561” corresponds to the Vivo X200T.

Meanwhile, the model number “V2537” was previously spotted on the Bluetooth SIG as well, where it was linked to the Vivo X300 FE. Additionally, another model number, “V2542”, was also found listed under the X300 FE moniker, suggesting that these could be region specific variants. Furthermore, the X300 FE model number “V2537” had also appeared on the EEC certification platform.
Vivo X200T: expected specifications
Regarding specifications, tipster Abhishek Yadav has previously revealed that the Vivo X200T is expected to feature a 6.67″ flat 1.5K OLED LTPS BOE Q10 display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,600 nits of peak brightness. The device is tipped to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and the Immortalis G925 GPU, while running Android 15 out of the box.
The Vivo X200T is said to sport a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor with OIS and VCS 2.0+, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra wide camera, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 3x periscope telephoto lens. On the front, it is tipped to feature a 32MP selfie camera.
The smartphone is also expected to pack a 6,200mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. Additional features reportedly include Wi Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, an IR blaster, dual stereo speakers, an ultrasonic in display fingerprint scanner, IP68 and IP69 ratings, and a slim 7.99mm profile, with the weight said to be around 203 to 205 grams.
Vivo X300 FE: what to expect
As of now, there is limited information available regarding the specs of the Vivo X300 FE. However, since the Vivo X200 FE (Global) was launched as a rebranded Vivo S30 Pro Mini (China), rumours suggest that the X300 FE could arrive as a rebranded Vivo S50 Pro Mini (China). That said, given how smartphone brands have been changing their rebranding strategies recently, nothing can be confirmed at this stage.
Expected launch timeline and pricing
In terms of launch timelines, the Vivo X200T is tipped to debut by the end of January 2026, while the Vivo X300 FE is expected to arrive at a later date. Tipster Abhishek Yadav has also suggested that the Vivo X200T may be priced around ₹55,000, whereas the Vivo X300 FE could fall in the ₹60,000 price range.
