Tecno Spark Go 3 spotted on Google Play Console with Spreadtrum UMS9230E SoC, Android 15, and 4GB RAM
Tecno launched the Tecno Spark Go 2 in the Indian market back in June this year. And now, we have spotted its successor, the Tecno Spark Go 3, on the Google Play Console and Geekbench database, revealing key specifications about the smartphone.
Here is more to it.
Tecno SPark Go 3 spotted on Google Play Console and Geekbench
The Google Play Console listing shows the model number as “Tecno-KN3”. The listing reveals that the CPU has 2 cores clocked at 1.8GHz and 6 cores clocked at 1.6GHz, paired with a Mali G57 (850 MHz) GPU. Under the SoC section, it mentions Spreadtrum UMS9230E, and further confirms that the device will ship with Android 15 out of the box. It also suggests that there will be a 4GB RAM variant.
The display details show a 720×1600 resolution with a screen density of 280 DPI. Additionally, in the placeholder image, the alleged front design of the phone can be seen, featuring a thick chin and a waterdrop notch display. If true, that could be a downgrade, as the Tecno Spark Go 2 came with a punch-hole display. The display also shows several icons, indicating that some pre-installed apps (bloatware) such as Phone Master, AHA Games, and Phoenix Browser might come preloaded.

Apart from this, the device has also been spotted on the Geekbench database with the same model number “KN3”. The listing shows that it scored 430 in single-core and 1426 in multi-core tests. It further confirms 2 cores clocked at 1.82GHz and 6 cores clocked at 1.61GHz, paired with a Mali G57 GPU, similar to the Google Play Console listing, and also shows a 4GB RAM variant.
If you recall, the Tecno Spark Go 2 launched in India with the Unisoc T7250 chipset and was later introduced in South Africa as the Tecno Spark Go 2s with the Spreadtrum UMS9230E. Both chipsets share the same core architecture with a combination of 2 performance cores and 6 efficiency cores, which means performance differences between the two are expected to be minimal.
So, the same might happen this time as well. Tecno may launch the Spark Go 3 with the Unisoc T7250 in some markets, while the Spark Go 3s could debut with the Spreadtrum UMS9230E in others.
Let’s see, because based on these listings, it looks like there will not be any major upgrades in the Tecno Spark Go 3, despite being the successor to the Tecno Spark Go 2.
