Tecno Spark 50 Pro Spotted Again on EEC Certification with a New Model Number ‘KO5’

Back in December of last year, we spotted the Tecno Spark 50 Pro (model number “KN5n”) alongside the Tecno Spark 50 on the EEC certification. Now, the Tecno Spark 50 Pro has appeared again on the same EEC certification, but with a different model number.

On the latest EEC certification, the model number “KO5” is listed with notification number “KZ0000012823” and a registration date of 04.02.2026. This confirms the moniker as Tecno Spark 50 Pro. However, it does not specify whether this is a 4G or a 5G device.

Now, with two model numbers linked to the Tecno Spark 50 Pro, it’s likely that one might be a 4G variant and the other a 5G variant, though that remains unconfirmed at this stage.

In related news, the Tecno Spark 50G (model “KN8”) was spotted on TUV certification, revealing two battery variants—5,990 mAh and 6,340 mAh—likely region-specific. Additionally, it was spotted on the Indian Carlcare website, confirming three memory options, including 4GB/128GB, 6GB/128GB, and 8GB/256GB for the Indian market.

In the coming days, if it appears on another regulatory authority like NBTC or TDRA, we’ll likely get clarity on which model supports which network.
