As per the FCC certification listing, this upcoming device will be supporting 2G/3G/4G/5G network connectivity, along with 2.4G + 5G dual-band WiFi, NFC, and GPS. A Li-ion polymer battery with the model number of ‘BL-58HT’ is revealed to be packed within the device, and it is pointed out to have a typical battery capacity of 6000 mAh (rated capacity of 5850 mAh – also revealed via TUV Rheinland listing). Coming to the design, the schematic design image reveals that Tecno’s Spark 40 5G will likely be featuring a flat rear panel and at the right side panel, the volume rockers and power button can be spotted. There is also a horizontally-placed pill-shaped camera module placed at the top of the rear panel, and it houses two internal circular units at the left (possibly for the camera sensors) and an LED flashlight towards the right. An internal schematic image for the device has also been listed on the certification database, revealing the position of the antennas as well as the other elements.

Notably, these schematic images also reveal that the device will have a length of 168 mm and a width of 78 mm, and it will be offered in an 8GB/256GB storage option for its users.
