Samsung tipped to include a charger in the box for upcoming models in India

Smartphone brands like Samsung and Apple do not include power adapters in the box for their smartphones. The South Korean tech giant Samsung took this decision in 2021 with the launch of the Galaxy S21 series, and then other Samsung models also did not include the power adapter inside the box. This move was aimed at reducing e-waste.

Well, there are still many consumers who prefer smartphones that arrive with a charger inside the box, and Samsung seems to have noticed this preference. Tipster @yabhishekhd shared that, as per a source, Samsung is planning to include a charger (adapter) in the box for upcoming models, at least in India. He also added that this might not be the case with the S series smartphones and may just be limited to the A, M or F series smartphones.

This latest update aligns with previous reports that the upcoming Galaxy A17 5G smartphone will arrive with a power adapter included inside the box. However, readers are advised to take this information with a pinch of salt and wait for official confirmation.
