Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Telephoto Camera Specs Again Pointed Out: OPPO Find X9 Pro Suggested to Feature a Comparatively Better Camera Sensor

Over the past few months, we have been coming across several updates concerning the next Galaxy S26 series and now, the 3x telephoto camera specs of the upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra flagship have been revealed in comparison with OPPO’s Find X9 Pro. From what has been pointed out, the OPPO Find X9 Pro could be featuring a better camera sensor than Samsung’s Galaxy S26 Ultra.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra – Telephoto Camera Specs a Downgrade?

Just like most of the previous updates, this new update has also arrived via @UniverseIce and as per his X post, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra smartphone is again tipped to sport a 10MP telephoto camera supporting 3x zoom, f/2.4 aperture, and 1/3.94″ sensor size. The same tipster has compared this camera sensor with the OPPO Find X9 Pro smartphone too that is scheduled to debut next week on the 16th of October 2025 in the Chinese market, and this device will be sporting a 3x camera that has 200 megapixels, f/2.1 aperture, and 1/1.56″ sensor size.

Furthermore, the tipster notes that in comparison, the OPPO Find X9 Pro has a 6.4x larger sensor size, 8.3x more light intake, and 20x higher pixel count, proving that OPPO’s latest top-end flagship is far better than that of Samsung’s

Regarding the Samsung Galaxy S26 series launch, it is believed to take place early next year in February 2026. Speaking more, while it was said that Samsung is planning to skip the standard and plus models and unveil the Galaxy S26 Edge, Galaxy S26 Pro, and Galaxy S26 Ultra this time, it was recently reported that the brand is planning to launch the Galaxy S26+ model as a result of low demand for the slim form factor phones.
