Samsung Galaxy S26 Series – Revealed Dummy Units and Design Aspects
As per what have been revealed via new updates, Samsung’s Galaxy S26 series which is now said to launch next year in February 2026, will likely be featuring distinct designs for the three upcoming flagships, and one of them is suggested to resemble Apple’s iPhone 17 series design. Under its Galaxy S26 series, the Galaxy S26 Pro, Galaxy S26 Edge, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra models are going to be brought out soon, and it is the next Galaxy S26 Edge which will possibly be featuring an iPhone 17 series-like design.
Speaking more, the dummy units reveal a pill-shaped vertically-placed projected camera module for both the Galaxy S26 Pro and the Galaxy S26 Ultra at the top-left portion, and it will probably be housing three camera sensors while the LED flashlight could be positioned outside of it at the right. Additionally, along with the LED flashlight, the Galaxy S26 Ultra just like its predecessor may be occupying two external circular units as well, of which one will have a camera unit whereas the other likely equips an added sensor. To note, in comparison with the Galaxy S25 Ultra, its successor is tipped to be longer and wider with a length of 163.4 mm (from 162.8 mm) and width of 77.9 mm (from 77.6 mm).
Regarding the Galaxy S26 Edge, a rectangular-like horizontally-placed camera module is given at the top of the rear panel according to the revealed dummy unit, and this is entirely different from that of its predecessor. At the left of the camera module, three circular units have been arranged in a triangular pattern, while the right side remains vacant. Likely two of the internal circular units could be housing camera sensors and the last one may have the LED flashlight equipped within it. Reportedly, it is also suggested that the right portion of the camera module may have some internal components to free up space for the 4200 mAh battery and provide a 5.5 mm slimmer thickness.
Furthermore, towards the bottom region, a designated area has been given for wireless charging too on all the three Galaxy S26 series flagships unlike before. Also, a flat and boxy form factor design with rounded corners has been maintained on all of them.
