Samsung Galaxy S26 Series All Models Tipped to Feature 12GB LPDDR5X 10.7Gbps RAM

Recently, it was reported that the Galaxy S26 series flagships will be launching this time with upgraded wireless charging speeds, with the top-end model offering 25W wireless charging, while the standard and plus models are likely going to offer 20W wireless charging capability. Now, a new update has arrived, revealing that all the Galaxy S26 series models will be supporting 12GB LPDDR5X 10.7Gbps RAM.

Back in August 2025, the upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra flagship smartphone was said to come with LPDDR5X RAM that runs at 10.7Gbps data rate and the same tipster (@UniverseIce) who had revealed this has now shared that it won’t be just the ultra model, but the entire Galaxy S26 series will be offering its users the highest-spec LPDDR5X RAM with a data rate of 10.7Gbps. This memory which is currently in the mass production phase will be offered with 12GB starting RAM option.

Looking into other recent updates, the Galaxy S26 Ultra was also revealed to offer the Snapdragon variant in all markets, and its battery had received the BIS certification from India. A 50MP 5x zoom telephoto camera (F2.9 aperture, 1/2.52 sensor size, 0.7μm pixel size) + 50MP ultra-wide camera (F1.9 aperture, 1/2.52 sensor size, 0.7μm pixel size) + 10MP 3x zoom telephoto camera (F2.4 aperture, 1/3.94 sensor size, 1.0μm pixel size) + 200MP main camera (F1.4 aperture, 1/1.3 sensor size, 0.6μm pixel size) quad rear camera system is also being expected for the Galaxy S26 Ultra device.

In terms of the screen size and dimension, both the Galaxy S26 and the Galaxy S26 Ultra are suggested to feature lesser thickness, longer length, and wider width. The screen size of the Galaxy S26 has also been slightly increased. Regarding the Galaxy S26 Plus, it will feature the same screen size and dimension.
