Samsung Galaxy A57 5G spotted on TENAA
Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A57 5G has surfaced on China’s TENAA certification database, revealing key specifications of the Chinese variant carrying the model number SM-A5760. The listing confirms the device as a 5G digital mobile phone, with approval granted on 15th January 2026, suggesting that the handset is moving closer to launch (likely to launch globally in the first or second week of February, as per a tipster).
According to the TENAA certification, the Galaxy A57 5G is listed with a 6.6″ display featuring a resolution of 1080 × 2340 pixels. The device measures 161.5 × 76.8 × 6.9mm and weighs 182 grams. The listing shows an octa-core processor with clock speeds of 2.9GHz, 2.6GHz, and 1.95GHz, paired with 8GB RAM options/256GB internal storage. As per an earlier Geekbench listing, the device is powered by the Exynos 1680 SoC paired with the Xclipse 550 GPU, and the CPU frequencies match those seen on the TENAA database. The same Geekbench entry also revealed that the device was running Android 16 and was tested with the 12GB RAM variant.
The certification listing also mentions a rear camera setup of 50MP + 12MP + 5MP, along with a 12MP front camera. The battery is rated at 4905mAh, which typically translates to a marketed capacity of around 5000mAh. Connectivity details include support for 5G SA/NSA, LTE, TD-LTE, WCDMA, and GSM networks, as well as dual SIM, VoLTE, and VoNR support.
Additional features confirmed via the database include an in-display fingerprint scanner, face recognition, and standard sensors such as proximity, ambient light, and gravity sensors.
Notably, the same model number was also previously spotted on 3C certification, along with TUV listings (including global variants), confirming 45W fast wired charging support. Furthermore, a recent report suggests that Samsung may use flexible OLED display panels supplied by TCL CSOT for the Galaxy A57 5G.
