As per the Samsung Galaxy A17 5G support page listed in Ireland, the same model which carries the model number of ‘SM-A176B/DS’ will be made available to the Ireland customers too. Also to note, this model will be supporting a dual SIM card slot.
About the previous updates, the Galaxy A17 5G smartphone of Samsung has been certified by the FCC as well as by the SGS authorities. As per these certification listings, connectivity specs such as the support for 2G/3G/4G/5G network, WiFi 5, and NFC were revealed, along with other expected specifications like the 5000 mAh typical battery (4860 mAh rated battery) and the 25W wired fast charging feature. Moreover, reportedly Samsung this time is said to offer OIS capability on its upcoming Galaxy A17 5G device for the primary camera.
In related news, as of now, Samsung is preparing itself for the Galaxy F36 5G launch in India. This latest Galaxy smartphone device will be making its debut two days later on the 19th of July 2025 in the Indian market. As it is a Flipkart Unique product, it will be made available for purchase via this shopping platform. Additionally, along with its Indian support page, the support page for Bangladesh was also spotted – meaning that it will also be made available in Bangladesh apart from India.
