Samsung Galaxy A17 4G Spotted on the Bluetooth SIG Certification Platform; Galaxy A17 5G Support Page for India, Bangladesh, and Malaysia Now Live
Samsung’s Galaxy A17 4G smartphone has now been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification platform. Additionally, the support page for the Galaxy A17 5G device in India, Bangladesh, and Malaysia are also now live.

Samsung Galaxy A17 4G – Bluetooth SIG Certification
The Samsung Galaxy A17 4G smartphone models bearing the model numbers of ‘SM-A175F’ and ‘SM-A175F/DS’ (dual SIM slot variant) have been certified by the Bluetooth SIG authority, and the moniker of the device is listed on the certification database. While nothing about its specs or features have been revealed, the Bluetooth SIG listing suggests that the device is nearing its launch.

Also to add, the 4G variant of the Galaxy A17 smartphone appeared on the WiFi Alliance certification database too a few days back. WiFi 5 with 2.4G and 5G dual band connectivity support and WiFi Direct is a revealed key spec, however the listing mentioned it with the Android 14 operating system.
Samsung Galaxy A17 5G – Support Pages for India, Bangladesh, and Malaysia
The Caribbean and Ireland support pages for the Galaxy A17 5G device went live previously and now, the Galaxy A17 5G support pages are live in India, Bangladesh, and Malaysia as well. To note, the ‘SM-A176B/DS’ model have been listed in the mentioned global markets.
Speaking of a few other updates, the Galaxy A17 5G was certified by the GCF authority recently, and previously by the SIRIM, SGS, and FCC certification authorities too. Its Geekbench listing has also been spotted. Exynos 1330 processor, ARM Mali G68 GPU, Android 15 OS, 6GB RAM, WiFi 5, NFC, 5000 mAh battery (rated value – 4860 mAh), 25W wired fast charging, and OIS support for the main camera are its revealed/expected specs. Moreover, the Galaxy A17 5G device of Samsung was spotted on the brand’s test server, and it is tipped to launch soon in the Indian market.
