Redmi Pad 2 Pro and POCO Pad M1 Keyboards Certified by Malaysia’s SIRIM Authority

After being certified by the FCC, IMDA, and SDPPI authorities, the Redmi Pad 2 Pro and POCO Pad M1 keyboards have received the SIRIM certification. Via the new certification listing, their availability in the Malaysian market has also been confirmed.

Redmi Pad 2 Pro and POCO Pad M1 Keyboards – SIRIM Certification

The Redmi Pad 2 Pro keyboard (model number – ‘25097KB3CG’) and the POCO Pad M1 keyboard (model number – ‘25096KB7FG’) have been certified by the SIRIM authority with the respective type approval codes of ‘REAK/46E/0825/S(25-4249)’ and ‘REAK/47E/0825/S(25-4250)’, and both of these are categorized as ‘wireless keyboards’. Notably, their monikers have been confirmed by the SIRIM listing, and the certification validity for the two is till the 12th of August 2030.

As mentioned, previously both these devices were spotted on the FCC, IMDA, and SDPPI databases as well and in addition to the Malaysian launch, their launch in the United States, Singapore, and Indonesia have thus been confirmed. To note, the Redmi Pad 2 Pro and the POCO Pad M1 tablets and keyboards, as previously pointed out, could be re-branded versions of each other. In the coming days, we may come across more updates which could be confirming other details concerning the upcoming devices.

In related news, the Redmi Note 15 Pro series launch is confirmed to take place this month in the Chinese market, and the Redmi Note 15 Pro and the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ smartphone models are believed to debut under the series. Moreover, the POCO M7 Plus 5G smartphone was recently introduced in India, while the POCO M7 4G is said to break its cover tomorrow in the global market.
