Redmi A7 Appears on Malaysian SIRIM Certification, Launch in the Country Expected Soon
Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi is likely to launch a new smartphone in the global market soon, which is expected to be the Redmi A7. This device has now appeared on the Malaysian SIRIM certification platform.

Redmi A7 – Malaysian SIRIM
Via the model/marketing name “26020RNB4A (REDMI A7)” on the Malaysian SIRIM certification platform, it is revealed that the device will soon be launched in this market. Furthermore, the listing reveals that it was approved with the approval code “RCQL/50K/0226/S(26-0216)” on the 12th of February 2026, and the certificate holder is listed as Xiaomi Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
While this certification does not reveal any specifications, it does confirm that the device will be made available in the Malaysian market soon. Previously, the same device had also appeared on Thailand’s NBTC certification platform, which revealed its cellular connectivity options of GSM/WCDMA/LTE.
Speaking more, its IMEI database listing has revealed multiple model numbers for different regions: 26020RN1AC (China), 26020RN1AI (India – Redmi A7), 26020PC1AI (India – POCO branded variant), 26020RN1AL (Latin America – Redmi A7), 26020RNB4L (Latin America variant), and 26020RNB4A (Europe variant).
From what it seems, the Redmi A7 could arrive as a rebranded version of the already launched Redmi A7 Pro. This same device is also expected to be introduced as the Poco C81 Pro.
