Redmi A7 (26020RNB4A) Receives NBTC Certification in Thailand, IMEI Listing Hints at Wider Global Launch

The upcoming Redmi A7 has now been spotted on the NBTC certification website. Alongside this, it has also appeared in the IMEI database with multiple model numbers, revealing its launch in several regions.

The NBTC certification listing shows that the Redmi A7 carries the model number “26020RNB4A” and was certified under the certification number “B38097-26”. The listing further confirms that the device will support “Cellular Mobile (GSM/WCDMA/LTE)” connectivity.
In addition to the NBTC listing, the smartphone has also been spotted in the IMEI database. The database reveals several model numbers, hinting at its launch across multiple regions. Below are the listed model numbers along with their respective markets:

Looking at the model numbers, the Chinese variant does not have a confirmed moniker in the IMEI listing screenshot. This suggests that it could launch in China under a different name.
The report from which the IMEI listing was sourced also claims that the Redmi A7 and Redmi A7 Pro will feature specifications identical to the upcoming Poco C81 Pro. Based on the available information, the trio is expected to be powered by the Unisoc T7250 SoC. The devices are likely to run HyperOS 3 based on Android 16, although some rumours suggest that they may instead launch with Android 15.
As per the leaks, the smartphones are expected to feature a 6.9-inch 720p+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. They may come in a single 4GB RAM variant with either 64GB or 128GB of storage. The camera setup is said to include a 50MP rear camera and a 13MP front-facing camera. The devices are also expected to pack a 6,000mAh battery with support for 15W wired charging.
