The Realme Pad 3’s model number was recently leaked by tipster Abhishek Yadav, and he has now returned with another update, this time revealing the tablet’s key specifications.

Here is more to it.

Realme Pad 3 Specifications Tipped

According to Abhishek, the upcoming Realme Pad 3 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max SoC. He adds that the tablet will feature an 11.6-inch LCD display with a 2.8K resolution and peak brightness of up to 500 nits.

The device is tipped to sport 8MP camera sensors on both the front and rear. It is also expected to pack a sizeable 12,200mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging. In addition, Realme is likely to introduce accessories such as a keyboard and stylus, which will be sold separately. However, the company may bundle a free stylus for early buyers, as per him.

Previously, in a separate post, the tipster revealed that the model number RMP2501 corresponds to the 5G variant, while RMP2502 refers to the Wi-Fi-only version. He also stated that both variants will be available in two colour options—Space Grey and Champagne Gold—and will be offered in two memory configurations: 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB.

So far, the Realme Pad 3 5G has been spotted on multiple certification platforms, including Malaysia’s SIRIM, SGS, and the Bluetooth SIG. As for the launch timeline, Abhishek suggests the tablet could debut in December or January 2026. However, with no official teaser released yet, a January 2026 launch appears more likely at this stage.
