Realme 16 Pro Series India Launch Date Tipped: Realme 16 Pro and Realme 16 Pro+ Said to Launch on 6th January 2026

Over the past few weeks, we have come across certain updates concerning Realme’s 16 series smartphone models. Two pro smartphones are expected to be unveiled under the series initially, and their possible India launch date has now been tipped.

Realme 16 Pro Series – Tipped to Launch on 6th January 2026 in India

This update comes from the X tipster @saaaanjjjuuu and as per what has been revealed, the Realme 16 Pro series is said to break its cover in the Indian market early next month on the 6th of January 2026. The Realme 16 Pro and the Realme 16 Pro+ smartphone models can be expected, and the tipster also adds that the 8GB/128GB storage option will be its base variant and the pro+ model could be sporting a telephoto camera lens too.

Looking into previous updates, Realme 16 Pro smartphone’s first look and key specs were revealed earlier, and it has received the TENAA certification as well. A 2.5GHz-clocked processor, Android 16-based Realme UI 7 custom skin, 6.78″ OLED display with 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, 200MP + 8MP dual rear cameras, 50MP selfie camera, 7000 mAh battery backup, 80W wired fast charging, 7.75mm thickness, and 192gm weight are being expected for the device. Storage options of 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB are expected for both the Realme 16 Pro and Realme 16 Pro+ smartphones, and while the Pebble Grey, Master Gold, and Orchid Purple colors are likely to be offered for the pro model, the pro+ model may be coming in Master Grey, Master Gold, and Camellia Pink colors.

In related news, the Realme Narzo 90 Series 5G was just recently announced to launch in the Indian market on the 16th of December 2025, and the Realme Narzo 90x 5G and Realme Narzo 90 5G are going to be unveiled under it.
