Realme 16 Pro 5G and Realme 16 Pro+ 5G spotted on Google Play Console ahead of official launch

Realme has already confirmed that the Realme 16 Pro 5G series will launch in India on 6 January 2026. Alongside this, the official microsite, which is already live on both Realme India and Flipkart, has revealed almost all key details about the upcoming lineup. Adding to this, both smartphones in the Realme 16 Pro series have now been spotted on the Google Play Console, revealing some more key details.

Realme 16 Pro series spotted on Google Play Console

Starting with the Realme 16 Pro 5G, it is listed on the Google Play Console with the model number RMX5120. The listing confirms a MediaTek SoC with the codename MT6878, paired with a Mali G615 GPU clocked at 1047MHz. This chipset corresponds to the MediaTek Dimensity 7300, and as confirmed via the Flipkart landing page, the phone will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max variant.

According to Realme, the Phone has achieved an AnTuTu score of 971000 and is claimed to outperform the Dimensity 7360. Despite the branding differences, all these chips share the same CPU architecture with four cores clocked at 2.5GHz and four efficiency cores at 2.0GHz, which is also reflected in the Google Play Console listing.

The display resolution is listed as 1272 × 2772 pixels with a pixel density of 560 DPI. The listing further reveals that the smartphone will run Android 16 out of the box, and one of the RAM variants includes 12GB of RAM.

Moving on to the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G, the device is listed with the model number RMX5131. The Google Play Console reveals a Qualcomm SoC with the codename QTI SM7550, paired with an Adreno 722 GPU clocked at 1100MHz. This chipset is confirmed to be the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, which Realme has officially confirmed as well.

Additional details from the listing include a 1280 × 2800 pixel display with a 560 DPI pixel density, Android 16, and at least one 8GB RAM variant.

According to tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz), the Realme 16 Pro is expected to launch in three memory options. The 8GB RAM with 128GB storage model is tipped to be priced at INR 31999, while the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant may cost INR 33999. The 12GB RAM and 256GB storage option is said to be priced at INR 36999.

For the Realme 16 Pro+, the same storage configurations are reportedly planned. The 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant is tipped to be priced at INR 39999. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model could be priced at INR 41999, while the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage option is expected to cost INR 44999.
